At Glam Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Returns

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of final sale items, intimates, swimwear, and beauty products for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for most products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We do not accept exchanges of final sale items, intimates, swimwear, and beauty products for hygiene reasons.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will ship the exchanged product to you at no additional cost.

Refunds

We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the returned product, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
